Specific acquisition, loan, framing, transport, installation, and payment terms are confirmed in writing for each work or project.
This website provides information about VÉRAI, its artists, artworks, essays, and viewing services. You may browse it for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms, scrape protected content at scale, or represent website material as your own.
A written quote identifies the work, price, currency, validity period, included services, excluded costs, payment schedule, and any conditions. Unless the quote states otherwise, it does not reserve a work. Reservations are confirmed only in writing by VÉRAI.
Cancellation and return rights vary by country and by whether a transaction is remote, business-to-business, personalised, or made to order. The final sales agreement states the applicable cancellation, return, damage, and refund terms without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law and the final agreement, VÉRAI is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising solely from use of this informational website. Clients remain responsible for professional, tax, customs, installation, and conservation advice appropriate to their circumstances.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, subject to any mandatory protections that apply in the client’s country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are submitted to the competent courts of Paris where legally permitted.
